Next to the SenUs Competition, the SensUs Organization has also other initiatives or projects.

First of all, SensUs has been organizing the Venture Building Program since 2020. It is a five-day program where you will learn everything you need to know when starting a start-up. You will learn about the potential of your business proposition, you come into contact with people of HighTechXL, the Netherlands’ premier deep-tech accelerator, and you will get supervised by medical professionals, business experts, professors, and more to guide you through all the ins-and-outs of developing a business.

The Venture Building Program

Next to the Venture Building Program, there is also SensUs Connect. SensUs believes that collaboration and information sharing on a worldwide scale is very important for innovation in the field of Sensors for Health. Therefore, SensUs Connect is set up. SensUs Connect is a platform that brings stakeholders in contact with each other to exchange information, projects, jobs, and to facilitate public-private partnerships. For more information, see the link below.

Each year, more of these projects are started to help more and more teams develop a business from their prototypes. However, the SensUs Innovation Days are only the start of an innovative journey. Curious about the successes of the teams? Find more information in the article below.

Another initiative of SensUs is the Professional Workshop. Every year a new subject will be discussed related to that year's theme. The Professional Workshop of 2021 will focus on sensors for rapid detection of influenza in saliva. The Workshop will be fully online. Click on the button below to find out more!

In addition to our Student Competition, we organize the High Schools project. With this project, we aim to motivate young talent for technology and encourage high school students to design their own biosensor. Each year, the project focuses on a corresponding theme of the Student Competition of SensUs.
