Hello everyone,

We're a vibrant team of Biomedical and Informatics Engineering students from the University of Barcelona and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.

Passionate about blending engineering with medicine, we are eager learners who love brainstorming solutions and sharing laughter in our meetings. Guided by experienced mentors, specialised in electronics and microfluidics and past participants, we are reaching out to medical specialists and researchers to fine-tune our biosensor project for maximum impact.

Our research is in full swing, and we cannot wait to hit the lab! Taking on the challenge of developing a biosensor for creatinine detection in AKI for the SensUs competition is thrilling. It is a first for all of us, but we see it as a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow together.
